four

Trying to get back into the swing of the usual routine after a nice four day break is a bit of a struggle. Luckily that means it's a four day work week and only three days remain!

How was your Easter break? Did you have any adventures?

I had a lovely time here in Melbourne. Apart from eating too much chocolate — its inevitable really — there was time for; tea with friends, an exhibition in the city, sleep-ins, crocheting, sewing — I even sorted my fabric stash, slow cooked meals, a gifted new jumper (thank you husband), finally conquering the 1,000 Steps!! (this has been on my to-do list for ages), living vicariously through my sister-in-law who is currently holidaying in NYC and celebrating two years strong since my dad donated one of his kidneys' to my brother. Amazing stuff!

Oh how I miss you, four day break, come back again soon.

Your crochet looks divine Evie! We did about 1000 steps over the break too, but our leg-killers were at Girraween National Park ;) So lovely to hear that your brother is going well and having fun in NYC. My eldest daughter loves CatRabbit! Better not tell her about this exhibition or she may run away to Melbourne ;) Glad you had a great break. Kx
